Firstly, I would like to thank you for making this fantastic no-noobing mod!
There's something with the ammo: 40 (shots per clip) doesn't divide 300 (total ammo) neatly. If you keep shooting long enough, you end up with 20 'loose' shots. This is not a big problem, but it might be good to set total ammo to (for example) 320 or clip size to 45. In the Single Player game, you have 60 shots per clip (which is, admittedly, a bit much, but it wouldn't hurt to make clip ammo higher than 40).
There's something more important, which is the server messages that pop up every once in a while. At least one of them is unnecessary: the one which says 'don't noob!' (since noobing is impossible). Those messages tend to distract you a little.
Lastly, and many people probably won't agree with me on this, but I think it would be good if players started with 1 or even 0 nade(s), instead of 2. Games on certain maps involve lots and lots of nadespamming and nade dodging, which is challenging but not in the right way.
