Hey i made my first rc mod voicepak . the dload installer features 2 installers and a reset installer.

1st pak features nu voices for 07 38 and 40 tmerc and 1slaver. 2nd pak features 07 62 40 tmerc and 1slaver.

It is hell difficult to do i should say and real boring. ive got wordpads with all the codes and sayings listed for 07,38,40,62,sbd,bd,tmerc and slaver ready for a tut on voicepak editing if anyones interested in moding voicepaks for mp. or sp
this is the basic u must do tho...
Sound Import In order to bring our own sound effects into
Unreal, there are a few things we must do first. Sound effects
must be in .WAV format and the properties of the sound must
be: • Mono (not stereo). • 8-bit or 16-bit (8-bit sounds can
be used for anything that doesn't have a 'crisp' sound to it,
like a deep rumbling noise). • 11025 or 22050 kHz (the more
clear the sound should be, the higher this number should be,
like a voice). Make the filename of your .WAV (as well as the
names of the folders in the path to your file) contain only
numbers and letters with and no spaces in-between. If you have
spaces in any of the names, you will not be able to import
the file into UnrealEd. The file will be imported into a sound
package (.UAX).Example:
The path C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/Desktop has
spaces in the 'Documents and Settings' directory. Solution:
Place all of the files you are importing into a folder under
C:/sounds/ (or something similar).
