Well I'm actually working on a SP campaign and everything you said was really interessant. So if you can make a tutorial for the different things you know, it will be really useful (not only for me but for others :p)
Particularly for the Gunship Intro; cause my doors won't never open and don't know how i can solve it...

Under the mover properties, under collison advanced, there is something called path colliding (or something like that. Just set it to true (or false) don't remember ( just know you have to change it).
Then your mates will be able to pass the door :)

After a long time of hard work, some resumption etc... I'm here to show you guys : Republic Commando Order 66: Kamino Campaign.
As the title says, it's a campaign which takes place on Kamino. It's working at 99 % even if it's not the final version but more a preview of what it will be. In fact, need to be worked again, a few details corrected, lighting improved etc etc...
However it still contains 5 playable maps (PRO, Kam_01A, Kam_01B, Kam_01C and Kam_01D) where you play as Viper, the Sev's replacer.

Hope, you'll like it ! And tell me how i can improve it, what I can change etc...


Oh and a little tutorial to how to install the mod:


1)You make a copy of your vanilla RC (vanilla RC is RC without any mod installed)


2)You paste it wherever you want and rename it as you want (as soon as it's clear in your mind)


3)You extract the downloaded archive on your Desktop


4)You copy the contents of the Animations folder from the archive and paster it in the Animations folder from your copy of RC (sif it asks you to replace anything, just say yes (You don't care, it's just a copy of your original RC so your original RC is protected (as soon as you don't touch it) (Or you won't be able to play MP anymore)

5)You make the same thing for every folder (PS: Folder are in the GameData folder)

When it's done, open your game (GameData/System/SWRepublicCommando.exe (the icon with the Commando head) and start a new campaign. It will automatically start the custom maps  :)

Well for the citadel map, it's not with holographic droid because I really wanted this to look like The Clone Wars. But in the other training missions, all skins, weapons etc... are holographic :)

Hey Guys :) First of all little presentation of myself. I'm XtaZe from UG clan.
I'm actually working on a mod which will take place just after RC 1. In this game, you will first play as Viper, a commando who have to replace Sev. A few maps will show his training. And then he will join Delta Squad and you'll play as 38 again.

So what's new in this mod:

-New storyline

-New Characters

-New Skins

-Reskins

-New Weapons

-New Textures

-New Static Meshes

-etc...


But a video is better than hundred words and i'll show you not one video but 3  :P

First, here is the trailer I made a long time ago. Map still exist but in this vid, it's an old version and some things changed particularly Characters skins on hologram map.

As you can see, I added a few new weapons, accessories and skins. But in the last map, you can only see not even 1% of what the mod will finally be and what I have done for the moment.

Hi dear members of Sandcrawler.net

I'm Prodigy(or Ryuzaki) and i'm here to present my first multiplayer mod.

I change the clonecommando into clonetrooper and trandoshans into clonecommando.

For the moment i don't have change the trandoshans hudarms and i don't change the trandoshans voices cause i don't know how to do it :mrgreen:

The mod files are in the mod document and the originals files are are in the 'fichier originaux' document.

I add dc-17 for the two teams and flashbangs ;) . In Clonetrooper team, there are: Deviss,Bly,Rex,Gree and Thire and in clonecommando team there are: Kettch,38,Darman,Tracyn and Niner.
