Battledroid AI help
« on: November 07, 2007, 07:09:41 PM »
How do I get the Droids to move around and not shoot each other? I know in the tutorial it mentions it, but I can't find it.

Which tutorial is it?  Maybe I can figure it out (and I would like to find this out for myself too).

The tutorial by Arramus which is:

there.

I don't like it when the ai kill each other before I can haha.

Oh, I have seen those.  Do you mean the respawning AI tutorial, or something else?  And I think the AI shooting each other is just how they are laid out.  If there is a battle droid between you and a Droideka, the Droideka will probably shoot through the battle droid.  Is that what you mean by them shooting each other, or are they treating each other as enemies?  (which I have never seen before)

I haven't seen that before.  Did you tweak the actor properties for the droids?

I have still never seen something where enemies are attacking each other.  I assume it could be done by hunting for a specific property, but if you didn't change any actor properties...

Yeah, I got nothin'. :?

Has anyone else ever seen enemies attacking each other without playing with the properties?

And is it possible to make them do this by editing the actor properties?
