Are you running any applications while running unreal? Also, I heard something about people with vista having trouble with UnrealEd. I'm not sure, I'll look up something else.

well what type of error do you have? take a pic of the error message by pressing Prt Scr or SysRq button and paste in paint. save as jpeg and post on here. i have XP and i import/export textures all the time. apparently this time, when i imported new textures i cant play on MP :( ill make a quick tutorial too if that will be helpful for people, just tell me exactly what you want explained.

yes its possible. you gotta export the skin that you want as .bmp format, open it up on photoshop, paint, or any other image editing program. i think you have to "invert" the image colors. when you're done just save as .bmp and import into UnrealEd textures. apply whatever texture you used and put it on the matching actor (or it'll just look funky). i'll look into this and post a few screenies if thats what you want.

you gotta change it in the properties. right click on your actor (BEFORE PLACING IN MAP!!!!) in the Actor Class Browser tab and click on Properties. it will let you change the accuracy.

Texturing / New Clone Trooper Rank Textures

Hey everyone. I don't know about you guys but I get tired of looking at the same old white troopers. Yes, they're cool and all but they gotta be spiced up a little bit. So, I decided to make new textures to rank the troopers.

The textures aren't the best things out there, then again this is just a preview. I'll work a little harder on them so they'll be the best ones out there! They'll be posted up for download soon. In other news, I'm trying to make white clone commandos with black tinted visors. I want them to glint a little and reflect the environment. Anyone know how to do this? PM as soon as you can.

Its in an .ase format. You can only export the models as .lwo but import as .ase. I keep on getting that error with any model im trying to import. I think its because I didn't texture the models. I'll try that with the tutorial also and then I'll see what happens. Another thing, when this works, is there any way you can post my models to the community as a download? I've got a Droid Battle Tank on the way, a Republic Cruiser, MTT, and possibly Droid Landing Craft.

Modeling / New Static Mesh Actor?

Hey everyone. I've been working on a few projects now and I noticed that the Republic has very few cruisers. I was wondering if anyone could make a sexy Venator-Class Assault Cruiser to spice up RC a little bit. It can either be an Actor or Static mesh. Either one is appreciated. If nobody wants to do it, can you tell me how I can make one? Thanks.
