Where can I get the TX Maps?

I know.

www.tx-gaming.net

But while playing on the TX Mod Server, I was kicked out saying "You don't have TX_Alley on your Computer"

But this map, and others such as TX_Engine or TX_Caves weren't in the pack from tx-gaming.net .

Can anyone tell me where I can get these maps?

I can't, only thing I can suggest is to look on thier forums, or register and ask them.
This is my super cool signature, if you think you can best it then make one and Personal Message it to me. :)
