Title: Blocking Volume

I need to add a blocking volume across the middle of my next map (like the dodgeball ones). How do you do it?If any1 new that would be great

first you need a brush (a redline skeleton of the form you want the blocking volume in)
then select the brush, rightclick on the "volume"-icon (the fourth icon under the "add texture"-icon) and select BlockingVolume
that's it

How do I control how big the volume is?

cuz it doesnt exactly 'block'

you have to edit the volume to make it block nades and fire too...
this is the way you can do that:

go to the blocking volume properties; go to CollisionAdvanced;
and set
OR
bBlockZeroExtentTraces to True
OR
bBlockNonZeroExtentTraces to False

you have to choose the right one, i thought it was bBlockNonZeroExtentTraces, but I'm not very sure....
