Title: Skinning Help

First of all, I tried to reskin a nightops commando, and now I cant play mp, and its just white with some grey splotches, it didnt recongnize my texture. So how do I fix that and skin my mp avatars with my gimp textures?

Its always worthwhile to note BEFORE modding a particular file or before saving the updated change to copy the file and paste it somewhere else as a bakup. so its easy to revert when things go wrong, it saves having to reinstall for the sake of a 180kb properties file or whatever.. the clonetexturepak is only like 30mb. make a bakup copy of it before u mod it so its a simple case of drag and drop to replace it or copy and paste.. :idea:

for mp in rc its skins are MP_A -D inc and sev from campaign.. make sure wen you import to replace existing skin its same MIPS,, DXT compression,, SIZE ,,and NAME

I'm going to the University of Michigan for a week to learn how to mod Half-Life 2!!! :D
 So I think finally I can give people help, and not ask for it...I hope. LOL.

half life 2 is a different engine so no you will not be any more experienced
