Title: Odd weapon items in acter menu

when i was doing the tutorial on adding weapons to maps in the pickup menu under acter classes, i noticed (u probobly all have :P ) that there are two weapons/items obove the health pack called

remote droid pickup

restraining bolt pickup

i added them to a map and they were there but when u pick them up i dont know were they go. (not in grenades or guns) are they relivent at all, can i use them?

yeh they dont do anything man. Until someone makes an inventory class for them.
If you untik the placeable classes box in Actorclass browser and goto Inventory youll see that theyr not in inventory. SWRC was meant to be a bigger game but for whatever reasons time constraints probably they did a quik finish job. there are clues , xtra stuff.
those are two also the restraining bolt and wookiewelder. and more noticeably the kashyyk levels were meant to be biggr and feature a big fite with the kashyyk BEAST. if you open animations youll see theres a big rancor type beast the commandos were obviously meant to fite.  8-)

found it! looks like it would be a tought fight. i whent throught its animations to. is there any way to place him on a map and texture/skin him. oh, and where do you find the welder. just for the sake of knowing

it tells u above mate in INVENTORY or you can see it in the static mesh browser in weapons wookieweapons  8-)
