Ok first, how do you make a like a outside that has all your current buildings in the outside box?
I mean like in outpost 31core you can see the whole building when you go out. When I try to make a 4000 by 4000 by 3000 box and I subtract it, all the buildings that were there in the first place dissapear. Any idea on how to do that ?

Second, how do you rotate static meshes? I tried with the texture rotater and the actor rotater, by pressing ctrl and moving the mouse sideways but it doesnt work. ( Not how to move them around but how to actually TURN them around)

Nvm i figured the second one out but is it possible to walk on static meshes? Ok i put a static mesh thats called pipe into a wall but when you try to look through the pipe, you see the wall. Is there a way to make just the part of the wall thats blocking the pipe go away?

One more thing, how do you delete the end of a room? (i mean like the wall at the end of the room, can you delete that part so you can lead a path into a static mesh?)

ok u subracted ur map and did all of that, now u want to add buildins to it, U have to press the add button instead then subtract the inside of the that same area if u want a room or anything. Three hints, save often, build all ure buildings before u lay terrain, and read the tutorials on this site

:D i'll try and clear this up. okay, if one arrow is bolder when you use the mover button, it means you can only move it that way. to get make them even, click the bolder one. Click it again to re-bold it, so you can only move it in that direction. Some Static Meshes are screwed up, they don't have collision, so you can't walk on them. To rotate anything, same as moving, but while holding right clicker (it's a lot easier to do this NOT in 3d view). If one of the circles while rotating is bolder, once again, you can only rotate that way.
