Is it possible to upload to this forums the unreal editor and the multiplayer mode so I can download it? I need them because I am on a laptop and i don't want to download from internet all the full game which could take me ages. I just want the RC map maker and the multi. mode.

Not possible.
1. all you would end up losing are Single Player maps, so maybe 200mb of space.
2. The Multiplayer maps, and Editor still requires all of the files that the single player aspects of the game do, its just not worth it to remove the single player maps.
3. It's Illegal, to offer a free download for a game, even if it was just bits of a game.
Ye the game can be bought cheap on e bay r sumthn anyways secondhand. but you may get trouble with STEAM if some "flyguy" has copied it and is registered it. hohoho :cry:
buy it in the best of pc or off of steam

I got mine in the Best of PC pack at Target for only 10USD
