I click on the actors so it is selected but when I right clcik to add it too the map I left click on the Add thing but then nothing happens! I don't know if there has all ready a topic on this but I just want to find out!        :)

If the Actor isn't placing properly in the 3D view, try adding it on a hard selected surface. Select the surface so the texture is highlighted, then select the Actor and right click to Add. Make sure your mouse is over the selected hard surface. If it doesn't work move your mouse a little and try in a slightly different area.

If that still doesn't work then you can also try adding in the Top window.

I just experienced the same problem in UT2k4 ED and I found out the Grid-Size caused it. If your Grid is too big the actors will not be placed for some reason.

yes, especially fluid surfaces always become invisible after every rebuild and you have to find them and play around with the "hidden" property... xD

I dont know the exact menu-items for sure, but there's a "Search for Actors" tool under "edit", where you can enter parts of the actors name. In this case you would search for "flu" and find it as "fluidsurfaceinfo01" or whatever

Actualy the fluid actor become invisable because they are in a group, and the group isn't checked to be on. Unless I'm wrong and you mean something else lol, just open the Texture/Actor browser, go to the last Tab, Groups, and check them all on. Though the Water Surface one is LHallWayUnder or something along those lines.
