1. make sure ur image is smaller than 1.5 megs
2. go to www.imageshack.us (http://www.imageshack.us)
3. click the "browse" button
4. find ur image file
5. double click on it
6. click the "host it" button
7. copy either "Thumbnail for forums (1)" or "Hotlink for forums (1)" to clipboard
8. paste it into your post.

If you take the thumbnail link it will look like this in your post:
