All of my maps load instantly for me.  I have 1GB RAM (I think, I might have 1.5GB) and an oversize hard drive (I still have over 150GB left after all the crap I have installed).  I've never had problems with maps loading slowly.  What are your specs on your PC?

dark lord. i just opened one of your maps and yes it took a long time xD my mistake but i made a pretty small one wich is like overall 10240x5120 and i added some blocking volumes around some troopers (convert to brush) and it took longer to open than your maps

i add blocking volumes to static mesh all the time, but have never done it troops...its probably just how complex they are...no idea how you would fix that tho

Well I doubt that it is a blocking volume causing it, but if you haven't done any zoning thats usualy the cause of lag, and overlapping.
