I think it might be that the room i start in is darker than the hall and other room. How do i fix that?

Hey I was reading the Mod map tutorial written by arramus and when i got the the third page about connecting two rooms, i did everything but somehow when i respawn, i die immediatley. Also there are problems saving cause it says that it is a read only file and when i try to force overwrite it it fails. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Hi I wanted to use the FunRun map pack but when i open one of the maps, i am in visor mode and not in multiplayer mode. I opened the map in multiplayer. Can anyone help me?
